RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Helm & Hack tees are printed on demand — each one is made specifically for you after you place your order. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or colour preference.

However, we've got you covered if something goes wrong:

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM
If your tee arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund. To claim this:
- Email us at support@helmnhack.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos of the defect and your order number
- We'll review and respond within 24-48 hours

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If you receive the wrong design or size that doesn't match your order, email us with photos and your order number. We'll ship the correct item at no extra cost.

REFUND TIMELINE
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided production hasn't started. Email us as soon as possible at support@helmnhack.com.
